Members are welcome at and encouraged to come to all Board meetings.

Board meetings are held on the second Monday of January, March, May, July, September and November unless it is necessary to change the date. If you plan to attend, be sure to verify the time, date and place of the meeting by sending a note Club's President.

The May 2013 meeting will be held at Five Rivers Environmental Education Center in Delmar.
