Members are welcome at and encouraged to come to all Board meetings.

Board meetings are held on the second Monday of January, March, May, July, September and November unless it is necessary to change the date. If you plan to attend, be sure to verify the time, date and place of the meeting by sending a note Club's President.

The meetings are usually held at 7PM at the Pine Bush Discovery Center at 195 New Karner Road, in Albany.
